Before I embraced my authentic self, I had a pretty active dating life, but no clue how to enjoy the moments without feeling like I was walking on eggshells to get it right. Before I could look in the mirror and really own me, I never knew I was enough—more than enough—to have the relationship I wanted.

Before embracing the real me, I didn’t know how to even embrace my body and feel unashamed to share myself. Now I see my real, quirky self as a turn on, not a turn off. Now, it’s just an expression of who I am.

“Maybe I should wait to call him, or let him call me, or change my hair before I see him again, like something more sexy and confident….but I’m not that confident girl. I’ve got at least 30 pounds to go before I get there. And what guy is going to want to be with someone weird like me? How would I ever make him happy?”

I was so overloaded with fears and self-doubts that I completely shut down.

  • Men are too intimidated by me.
  • All of my friends are married, what’s wrong with me?
  • How am I going to compete with all these gorgeous girls?! I can’t do this.
  • I’ve been hurt so many times, how can I put myself through this again?
  • Who am I to think I could ever actually find someone who would love me?
  • I’m going to be alone for the rest of my life!

“What would it be like to live as if I was my own version of perfection?” I wondered.  “What would it be like to speak to a man and actually be confident about how the conversation went, regardless of the outcome? What if, instead of me trying to fit into the mold of what I think their ideal soulmate is, I remain open to see who can intertwine with mine?

I was climbing the ladder toward a life of love and happiness, but I found myself constantly self-sabotaging, coming up with excuses to put my desires on the backburner. Finally, the moment came when I was so fed up with the cycle my life was moving in, I was willing to move mountains to create the life I wanted. And that’s when everything changed.

I am a relationship coach for women who are ready to find “The One”. Essentially, I help passionate and driven women create truly thriving romantic relationships. However, underneath it all, I help women build self-love and feel comfortable in their own skin so the love they so deeply desire is no longer a fantasy, but reality.

If I’m not at the gym trying to be a badass, or traveling as far as I can to explore and stuff my face with multi-cultural foods, usually you can find me at home being an overbearing fur mom to my huskies, or shamelessly jamming out to N’SYNC.

Deep down you know you were meant to have more. It’s time to get clarity on who you are and what you truly desire, and embrace it.

My wish for you isn’t about making a sale—it’s about you getting to create the happiness you lack, and I want to be there to support you in doing that. It’s a fun, safe space for us to play full out and not be afraid to express who we really are, and from that space, we’ll take the next steps toward creating thriving and fulfilling relationships.

What miracles will unfold when you reflect your love and authenticity out into the world?
